You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Clearance items and underwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at sales@sileena.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid label if applicable.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
